Trevor Berry, DC, DACNB

Dr. Berry was born and raised in Alberta, Canada. He completed his pre-medicine requisites at the University of Calgary and went on to complete his Doctorate at Parker University in Dallas, TX where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Salutatorian. He became a board-certified Chiropractic Neurologist in 2000 through ACNB and has over 3500 hours in post-doctoral studies in integrative neurology, functional medicine, and low-level laser therapy. He is involved in multiple laser studies and has been the principal investigator for Level 1 FDA clearances. He was awarded the 2014 researcher of the year for Erchonia lasers. He is the founder of Arizona Chiropractic Neurology Center and has been in practice since 1997 in Chandler, AZ. As an international speaker since 2010, he lectures on nutrition and functional medicine, laboratory testing, neurological diagnostic testing, functional neurology and low level laser therapy. Dr. Berry co-founded BTB Health Systems and was hired as the Chief Clinical Officer for Applied Functional Neurology (AFN) in 2022.

Because lasers profoundly influenced his own health status and family, Dr. Berry has dedicated himself to bringing innovative non-thermal laser applications to the health care system and was one of the pioneers of brain based laser therapies for neurological disorders. He takes a fully integrative approach to complex neurological conditions in order to help those with difficult cases or are looking for brain-body optimization. Ronald Farabaugh, DC

Dr. Farabaugh has been in practice in Ohio since 1982, over 40 years.  He has always been deeply involved in the profession and has served as President of the local and state chiropractic associations and has received multiple Chiropractor of the Year awards for his service.

In 1994 a Republican Governor Voinovich appointed him to serve on a council to help design the Work Comp managed care system in Ohio.  In 2012-2013 he served as President of the Ohio Chiropractic State Board, appointed by Democratic Governor Strickland in 2010.  In 2002 the ACA appointed him to serve on CCGPP, the Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters, now called The Clinical Compass, and was elected as Chairman in 2010.  In 2024 he was appointed to serve on the Scientific Commission of The Clinical Compass.  In 2022 he was appointed to serve as the Chairman of the ACA’s Research Advisory Board. 20 years ago, he was appointed to serve on the ODG Board of Advisors, Official Disability Guidelines, arguably the world’s most evidence-based guideline, and still serves to this day.  In 2014 he was elected to serve on the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) as a Councilor-Category II, representing clinicians.

In 2015 Dr. Farabaugh was hired to serve as VP and National Physical Medicine Director for Advanced Medicine Integration Group, LP (AMI).  He has published 15 papers on clinical practice guidelines in peer reviewed journals including the most recent paper on the Cost Effectiveness of Chiropractic vs. Medical Care for the Adults with Mechanical Spine Pain.

He has been married for 37 years and raised two kids…and recently became a new grandparent for the first time to a baby boy, Hudson!

Michael Massey, DC, CPC, DABQAURP, CHCQM, FICC

Jeffrey McKinley, DC, CCSP, FICC

Dr. Jeff McKinley received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN and his doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic.  He completed post-doctorate training in Sports Injuries and is a Certified Chiropractic Sport Physician (CCSP).

He has served his profession as President of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association, alternate state delegate to the American Chiropractic Association, and served on the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee for Tennessee and the ACA.  He has been selected as the Tennessee Chiropractor of the Year, and recently was recognized with the James Cole Heritage Award for his service to the Chiropractic profession.  He has been a popular speaker for Foot Levelers providing continuing education lectures for the past 8 years.  In his community he has been chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, President of the Breakfast Rotary Club, and is currently the Chairman of the Board of the McMinnville Electric System.  He is a song leader and elder at the Westwood Church of Christ and is married to his lovely wife Lynette and they have 4 daughters and 2 grandchildren.

Josh Satterlee, DC

Dr. Josh Satterlee grew up in Southern California and was fortunate enough to attend college in Bozeman, Montana at Montana State University. Thomas Solecki, DC, DACBSP, DACRB

Dr. Solecki is board certified in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.  Additionally, Dr. Solecki has doctorate degrees. His PhD is in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University Chicago. Tiffany Stevens, ED, CTA, CXT

Tiffany Stevens has worked within the healthcare profession for over 25 years in a variety of capacities, including management, operations, membership, and marketing for both non-profit and for-profit organizations.  She brings to her presentations a wealth of clinical knowledge, having served and managed several highly successful multi-doctor practices.  She maintains her licenses as a Chiropractic X-ray Technician (CXT) and Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA), having played a major role in developing the current CTA certification and distance learning program.  In 2010, she co-authored the textbook Chiropractic Therapy Assistant – A Clinical Resource Guide which as a nationally-recognized resource for the chiropractic paraprofessional.

Donna K. Suchecki, LMT

Massage therapy is my life’s passion, and I’m honored to help individuals find relief from pain, stress, and trauma through personalized therapeutic bodywork. Ivo Waerlop, DC, DABCN

Dr. Ivo was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on Kessler Air Force Base and grew up in upstate New York. He is a 1986 summa cum laude graduate of the New York Chiropractic College. He received his post-graduate neurology diplomate from Logan Chiropractic College and became board certified in 1990. Dr. Ivo works with a broad base of patients including Olympic level, professional and paraprofessional running, skiing and cycling athletes. In 1999, he founded Summit Chiropractic and Rehabilitation in Colorado, where he currently practices.

He is an adjunct faculty member with the National School of Post-Graduate Education and is one of the 2 founding members of “The Gait Guys”, a consulting group which studies and teaches about lower extremity biomechanics,  rehabilitation and movement and gait related disorders.

Dr. Ivo researches, publishes and PODcasts extensively. He is a board certified Chiropractic Neurologist, Chiropractic Rehabilitation Physician and certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.
