When you pre-register by August 2, 2024 you will receive the early registration discounted rate.  You may still register after August 2, but prices will increase by $50.

Pre-registration ends August 20.  Any registrations received after August 20 will be processed as on-site registrations, which incurs an additional $50 charge.

Yes, a driver’s license or photo ID is required for onsite registration.  Onsite registrations hours will be Friday-Sunday beginning at 7 a.m. CT.

No, there is not a flat fee for attending the conference.

For doctors, however, we do offer a Weekend Advantage ticket which includes 24 hours of education.  If you do not need 24 hours, you would go for the  Choose Your Weekend ticket.  With this type of ticket, you register in 4-hour blocks, or sessions.  For example, if you want to register for 12 hours, and would then select which 4-hour sessions you will be attending; (such as Friday AM session, Friday PM session and Saturday AM session).

There is an additional fee for the Chiropractic Excellence Luncheon on Saturday.
Some activities may be included with registration.  Details will be listed in the online registration process.

Yes, registration is required for every session so proper accommodations may be provided and education credit can be recorded.

All fees are non-refundable.  A transfer of your full registration is possible to another individual or to another Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA) course or event within the same calendar year may be requested by submitting your request, prior to the Conference, to operations@tnchiro.com.   Absolutely no transfers will be carried over to the following calendar year.  Failure to utilize transfer constitutes forfeiture of fees.

A badge is required for all CE sessions, events and exhibits.  If you have lost or misplaced your badge, please go to the registration desk in the conference center for a replacement.  A driver’s license or picture ID is required to get a badge.  Lost or exchanged badges are subject to a $25 fee.

Most SCC events are “ticketless”, we use event badge systems instead of issuing paper tickets for education sessions. Just present your badge for scanning at each session or SCC event.

However, tickets may be issued for some luncheons/social events.

Only sessions denoted as CE sessions will be eligible for continuing education credits.  (See website for details.)  Please be sure to verify your state is listed on the approved CE list.

The Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA), sponsor of the SCC, is recognized by the PACE program of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards.  The current term of approval extends through December 2024.  Please reference the latest list of states that recognize PACE.

CE has been applied for in:  AR, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC and NY.

Approvals have been received for:  AL, AR, GA, KY (38 hours approved, contact TCA for exclusions), MS (including 12 hrs. for MS CAs) and NC

Please adhere to your state’s specific licensing requirements as some exclusions may apply.

Your badge will be scanned at each session or event to capture date and time stamp information.  SCC CE information will be uploaded by the TCA to CE Broker for all Tennessee attendees.*  Only sessions approved for CE will be included on your CE certificate.  Individual continuing education certificates will not be available onsite, but will be available within 14 business days via your TCA account.

*Please allow at least 14 business days and then log-in to your CE Broker account to verify that your hours are reflected accurately.  If you should have a concern or question, please contact the TCA.

In a continued effort to minimize paper waste, links to access electronic notes will be emailed to pre-registrants, as permitted by each speaker, prior to the event.*  If no email is received by one week prior to SCC, please email our office at tca@tnchiro.com.  You may wish to check your SPAM folder as sometimes the email will go there.  Electronic notes will remain available for download after SCC for a limited time.

*If you wish to have these materials to reference onsite during the sessions please be sure to download and/or print them in advance. 

The SCC EXPO can be found in Mirabella A-D.  This is where you’ll discover the latest chiropractic products, services and techniques; plus SCC EXPO specials and prize drawings.  You can get your questions answered, talk with product representatives, and see what’s new in the industry.  It’s all at the SCC EXPO – Tennessee’s largest chiropractic expo!

A Welcome Mixer will be held on Friday, Aug. 23 in Oakleigh immediately following the day’s educational sessions.  We look forward to seeing you there!

The TCA/CAT membership meeting will be held from 7:00-7:45 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024 in the Cambridge room.

Yes!  All chiropractic students are welcome to attend and experience the SCC.  Chiropractic students can guarantee attendance to available continuing education classes by pre-registering.

The TCA has a room block at the event venue, Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center, which is located at 1200 Conference Center Blvd. in Murfreesboro, TN.  Room rates within this block are $174 single/double per night.

Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at (615) 890-4464 and referencing the 2024 Southern Chiropractic Conference.  You may also book online, here.

The deadline to make your reservation is July 30, 2024 or when room block is filled, whichever is first.

Parking is available onsite at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center.  There is a $10/day charge for overnight parking, however, parking is complimentary for SCC attendees staying at the hotel.

There SCC features several luncheon events on Friday and Saturday where you can grab a bite.

Additionally, there is a coffee/snack shop onsite, as well as numerous restaurants and eateries located within a short distance.

Caffeinas (coffee/snack shop) is open each day from 7:30am-2pm.
The hotel offers a breakfast buffet in the atrium from 6:30am-9:30am on weekdays and from 7am-10am on weekends, and its restaurant is open for dinner each evening from 5pm-10pm.
