How do I register in advance?
Registrations may be received by faxing to (615) 383-6233, emailing to email@example.com, or by mailing to 2123 8th Ave. S., Nashville, TN 37204. Please note that a separate registration form is needed for each participant. Online registration will be available soon!
Onsite registration is possible, but discouraged, as it incurs additional cost to you.
Why should I pre-register?
When you pre-register by July 26 you will receive the early registration discounted rate. You may still register after July 26, but prices will increase. Pre-registration ends August 13. Any registrations received after August 13 will be processed as on-site registrations.

Can I register onsite?
Yes, a driver’s license or photo ID is required for onsite registration. Onsite registrations hours will be Friday Sunday beginning at 7 a.m. CT. Registration is located at the conference center registration desk.
Is there a general registration fee?
No, there is not a flat fee for attending the conference. You pay a per session or event fee. Some activities may be included with registration. See brochure for full details.
Is registration required for all sessions?
Yes, registration is required for every session so proper accommodations may be provided and education credit can be recorded.
What if I have an emergency and can’t attend?
All fees are non-refundable. A transfer of your full registration is possible to another individual or to another Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA) event within the same calendar year may be requested by submitting your request, prior to the Conference, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Transfers are eligible for live TCA-sponsored events only. Absolutely no transfers will be carried over to the following calendar year. Failure to utilize transfer constitutes forfeiture of fees.
Do I need a name badge at SCC?
A badge is required for all CE sessions, events and exhibits. If you have lost or misplaced your badge, please go to the registration desk in the conference center for a replacement. A driver’s license or picture ID is required to get a badge. Lost or exchanged badges are subject to a $25 fee.
Will I receive session/event tickets?
Most SCC events are “ticketless”. We prefer to use event badge systems instead of issuing paper tickets for sessions and events. However, tickets may be issued as needed and provided at registration. Just present your badge for scanning at each session or SCC event.
How are CE credits calculated at the SCC?
Only sessions denoted as CE sessions will be eligible for continuing education credits. (See brochure or website for details.) Please be sure to verify your state is listed on the approved CE list.
Will the CE credits earned at the SCC count towards my license renewal?
The Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA), sponsor of the SCC, is a nationally approved continuing education provider through PACE. The current term of approval extends through November 2019 at which time a renewal for the 2019/2020 year will be requested. Please reference the latest list of states that recognize PACE.
Courses denoted as continuing education are approved for TN. CE has been approved for AL, AR, GA, KY, MS and NC and has been applied for in FL. Details will be posted on this site as available. Specific CE requests must be submitted in advance, as criteria varies. Please adhere to your state’s specific licensing requirements.
TN attendance verification automatically submitted to CE Broker. Proof of attendance for CE for all other state boards must be submitted by attendee.
How is my attendance verified for my CE certificate?
Your badge will be scanned at each session or event to capture date and stamp information. SCC CE information will be uploaded by the TCA to CE Broker for all Tennessee attendees. Only sessions approved for CE will be included on your CE certificate. Individual continuing education certificates will not be available onsite, but will be provided shortly after the conference, for our records.
Will the SCC provide session handouts?
In a continued effort to minimize paper waste, electronic notes will be emailed to pre-registrants, as permitted by each speaker, prior to the event. If no email is received by one week prior to SCC, please email our office at email@example.com. You may wish to check your SPAM folder as sometimes the email will go there. If you wish to have these materials to reference onsite during the sessions please be sure to download and/or print them in advance. Handouts will also be available for download after SCC for a limited time.
NOTE: These materials will not be printed for distribution onsite unless pre-purchased for an additional fee on your registration.
Where is the EXPO and who is exhibiting?
The SCC EXPO can be found in Mirabella A-E. This is where you’ll discover the latest chiropractic products, services and techniques; plus SCC EXPO specials and prize drawings. You can get your questions answered, talk with product representatives, and see what’s new in the industry. It’s all at the SCC EXPO – Tennessee’s largest chiropractic expo!

When is the EXPO open?
The SCC EXPO will be open Friday-Sunday. EXPO times are:
Friday, August 16: noon – 6 p.m.
Saturday, August 17: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday, August 18: 7 a.m. – noon
Is there a Welcome Reception?
Yes, it’s held in the SCC EXPO hall on Friday, August 16 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be provided along with a cash bar. Everyone is invited!
When is the TCA/CAT general membership meeting?
The TCA/CAT general membership meeting will be held Saturday, August 17 at 7:15 a.m.
Are chiropractic students allowed to attend?
Yes! All chiropractic students are welcome to attend and experience the SCC. Chiropractic students can guarantee attendance to available continuing education classes by pre-registering. See brochure or registration for details.
How do I participate in the TCA's Sneaker Drive give-back opportunity?
TCA is hosting a SCC SNEAKER DRIVE this year as part of our ongoing Step Forward with Chiropractic public awareness campaign. With the cooperation of TN non-profit, Rippl, your donation will go to provide inventory for underprivileged individuals seeking financial independence.
To participate, bring a pair of gently-worn sneakers to donate at the SCC!
