Dr. David Bynum

After his personal experience with chiropractic which healed his broken back after a snowboarding accident, Dr. Bynum developed a passion for chiropractic philosophy which drove him to pursue chiropractic as a career. In conjunction with with his education at Parker University, Dr. Bynum has been mentored by some of the most highly sought after and revered chiropractors in the field. Dr. Bynum’s ability to evaluate each patient individually and provide specialty care specific to each unique individual has enabled him to achieve success with his patients.

Dr. Bynum is a licensed and board certified Chiropractor in the state of Texas and has a passion for treating and educating patients on chiropractic care and teaching other chiropractors the art of chiropractic.  He is a dedicated believer in the benefits of chiropractic to help people feel better and achieve optimal wellness.

Dr. Mark Charrette

Dr. Mark N. Charrette is a 1980 summa cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He is a frequent guest speaker at twelve chiropractic colleges and has taught over 1,700 seminars worldwide on extremity adjusting, biomechanics, and spinal adjusting techniques. His lively seminars emphasize a practical, hands-on approach.

Dr. Charrette is a former All-American swimmer, who has authored a book on extremity adjusting and also produced an instructional video series. Having developed successful practices in California, Nevada, and Iowa, Dr. Charrette currently resides in Irving, Texas.

Dr. Don Cole

A native Memphian, Dr. Cole is a second generation chiropractor. He often comments, “I did not choose health care. It chose me”.

Dr. Cole graduated in 1979 from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the premier college of the chiropractic profession. He holds both national and state board certifications.

Dr. Cole is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Tennessee Chiropractic Association. Dr. Cole has served in virtually every elected position of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association, including president. He is the only chiropractor in Tennessee to be awarded Chiropractor of the Year twice.  In 2004, Dr. Cole was awarded the highest accolade in the chiropractic profession, Fellow of the International College of Chiropractic (FICC).

Dr. Cole’s focus in on spinal orthopedics with additional interest in nutrition and exercise rehabilitation. He believes that recovery is a co-operative venture between doctor and patient.  His patients refer to him as “Dr. Don”.

Dr. Richard Cole

Dr. Richard L. Cole is a distinguished chiropractic professional with a rich legacy of service and expertise. Graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1977, Dr. Cole embarked on a remarkable journey in healthcare that has spanned over four decades. Based in Memphis, TN, he has been a stalwart presence in the community since establishing his practice in 1978.

Dr. Cole’s dedication to advancing the chiropractic field is evident through his extensive involvement in licensing, regulation, and professional organizations. He has held prominent positions such as President of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards (2003-2005), Board Member of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (2001-2005, 2007-2011), and President of the Tennessee Board of Chiropractic Examiners (1997-98). His commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism led him to serve on the Council on Chiropractic Education, Standards Development Task Force, Ethics Subcommittee (2006-2011).

Dr. Cole’s passion for chiropractic neurology is reflected in his role as President of the International College of Chiropractic Neurology. He continues to be an influential figure in shaping the future of chiropractic care as the Vice President of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association.

With a blend of academic excellence, clinical proficiency, and leadership acumen, Dr. Cole embodies the essence of a visionary in chiropractic healthcare. His unwavering commitment to advancing the profession and advocating for patient well-being continues to inspire and elevate the chiropractic community.

Dr. Ronald Farabaugh

Dr. Farabaugh has been in practice in Ohio since 1982, over 40 years.  He has always been deeply involved in the profession and has served as President of the local and state chiropractic associations and has received multiple Chiropractor of the Year awards for his service.

In 1994 a Republican Governor Voinovich appointed him to serve on a council to help design the Work Comp managed care system in Ohio.  In 2012-2013 he served as President of the Ohio Chiropractic State Board, appointed by Democratic Governor Strickland in 2010.

In 2002 the ACA appointed him to serve on CCGPP, the Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters, now called The Clinical Compass, and was elected as Chairman in 2010.  In 2024 he was appointed to serve on the Scientific Commission of The Clinical Compass.

In 2014, he was elected to serve on the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) as a Councilor-Category II, representing clinicians.

In 2015, Dr. Farabaugh was hired to serve as VP and National Physical Medicine Director for Advanced Medicine Integration Group, LP (AMI).

In 2022, he was appointed to serve as the Chairman of the ACA’s Research Advisory Board.

20 years ago, he was appointed to serve on the ODG Board of Advisors, Official Disability Guidelines, arguably the world’s most evidence-based guideline, and still serves to this day.

He has published 15 papers on clinical practice guidelines in peer reviewed journals including the most recent paper on the Cost Effectiveness of Chiropractic vs. Medical Care for the Adults with Mechanical Spine Pain.

He has been married for 37 years and raised two kids…and 2 months ago became a new grandparent for the first time to a baby boy, Hudson!

Dr. Mark Hanson

Dr. Mark L. Hanson is a Dallas chiropractor and licensed acupuncturist who serves Dallas and the surrounding communities in TX.

Dr. Hanson uses chiropractic care to improve health and wellness in all areas of patients’ lives, whether they are having problems with headaches, back pain, or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Dr. Hanson takes a “whole person” approach in the treatment of his patients, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Hanson can determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient’s needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.

Dr. Hanson is one of a few Doctors that is a License Acupuncturist as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic. In the state of Texas as well as throughout the United States there are only a few professionals with this dual licensure.

Dr. Cole Hosenfeld

Dr. Cole Hosenfeld is a chiropractic physician with a post-doctoral board certification in sports medicine through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) and is certified in musculoskeletal sonography through the Alliance for Physician certification and Advancement (APCA) . He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from Logan University before receiving his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Mo.

The Tennessee Chiropractic Association named Dr. Cole “Chiropractor of the Year” in 2012 and “Young Chiropractor of the Year” in 2003. Currently, he serves as a member of the Tennessee Board of Chiropractic Examiners by original appointment from Governor Bill Haslam and subsequently reappointed by Governor Lee. Dr. Hosenfeld was elected to the Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA) board of directors in 2003 and ultimately held the position of President. In addition, he has sat on the national board of directors of the Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP).

He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Tennessee Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the Tennessee Valley Chiropractic Association. Dr. Cole is the primary author of Chiropractic Therapy Assistants, A Clinical Resource Guide, which is the recommended textbook, utilized by chiropractic therapy assistants in Tennessee and is expanding nationally. He is also an adjunct staff lecturer to TCA for continuing education programs. As an avid learner, Dr. Cole consistently seeks to engage and learn cutting-edge concepts and treatments for the benefit of his patients.

In his off time, Dr. Cole, enjoys exercising, woodworking, reading, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Jana, and two daughters, Jane and Clara.

Dr. Cindy Howard

Dr. Cindy M. Howard is a Board Certified Chiropractic Internist and Nutritionist in private practice in Chicago, Illinois and holds a license in the state of Florida. She speaks Nationally, presenting on topics including Pre and Post Concussion Nutrition, Neuro-adrenal dysfunction and Infection in sport, Male and Female pelvic disorders, Pediatrics, Immunology, GI disorders, Endocrinology, Nutritional Blood analysis interpretation and Genetics.

She is also the owner of DC consulting and Advance Education assisting private practices. She loves to help doctors to improve their communication with patients, increase compliance and build a better functional medicine or nutritional practice.

For the last 8 years she has served as the Illinois delegate for the American Chiropractic society and as the alternate for 6 years prior to that. Serving the ACA she has served on the membership, professional development, guidelines, bylaws and grievance committees. She was the recipient of the Flynn/Lynch award in 2015 for outstanding service. She is also a founding member of the ACA Women’s health council.

She is a past president of the ACA Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders and currently serves as the Vice President of the College of Pharmacology and Toxicology. She also serves on the medical advisory board for the Functional Medicine University, serves as a board member for Before the Hit and is an associate editor of The Original Internist.

Locally Dr. Howard serves as a board member for the Frankfort Falcons Youth football organization, the concussion oversight team for the local school district and is the team chiropractor for Dreamz Elite competitive
cheer and the local wrestling club.

Dr. Dan Murphy

Dr. Murphy graduated magna cum laude from Western States Chiropractic College in 1978. He received his Diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics in 1986, and now has more than 40 years of practice experience.

Dr. Murphy is on the post-graduate faculty of several chiropractic colleges and has taught more than 1,750 post-graduate continuing education seminars around the world on topics including spinal trauma, neuroimmunology, pediatrics, and more. His goal is to offer the chiropractic profession the highest quality in whiplash education and to train doctors in the bulletproof management of personal injury cases with both documentation and treatment. He wants to show the scientific validation of the subluxation and its relationship to structure and function mediated through the nervous system.

Dr. Alan Sokoloff

Dr. Alan K. Sokoloff, or “Dr. Sok”, as his patients refer to him, is the owner/clinic director of the Yalich Clinic Performance and Rehabilitation in Glen Burnie, MD, where he has practiced for over 38 years.

Since 1999, he continues to be one of the team chiropractors for the 2-time World Champion Baltimore Ravens of the NFL.  He is also a medical team member for the Baltimore Orioles Major League Baseball team, as well as the Bowie Baysox (Baltimore Orioles AA Team). Dr. Sok has been a part of the University of Maryland Sports Medical Team since 1991.   He is the immediate past-president of the Professional Football Chiropractic Society. He was a past 2 term president of the Maryland Chiropractic Association.  Dr. Sokoloff did his residency at the Olympic training center in 1997, going on to the Goodwill Games in 1998 and the Pan Am Games in 1999.

Dr. Sok is an active board member of BASH, Baltimore Area Sports Health Initiative, helping to provide healthcare to inner city schools as well as health educational opportunities for Baltimore City students.

Tiffany Stevens, ED

Tiffany Stevens has worked within the healthcare profession for over 25 years in a variety of capacities throughout her career including management, operations, membership, and marketing for both non-profit and for-profit organizations.  She brings to her presentations a wealth of clinical knowledge, having served and managed several highly successful multi-doctor practices.  She maintains her licenses as a Chiropractic X-ray Technician and Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA), having played a major role in developing the current CTA certification and distance learning program.  In 2010, she co-authored the textbook Chiropractic Therapy Assistant – A Clinical Resource Guide which is a nationally-recognized resource for the chiropractic paraprofessional.

Ms. Stevens has extensive association management experience.  Early on in her career, she co-founded the Chiropractic Assistants of Tennessee and served on its Board for a number of years, including the position of President.  She currently leads the TCA as Executive Director working with the Board of Directors to form goals and strategies shaping the future of chiropractic in Tennessee.  Ms. Stevens directs the government affairs activities of the TCA, including lobbying for the chiropractic profession in TN and our nation’s capital.  Prior to her current position, she served in the roles of Director of Member Services and Executive Vice President.  Combining her dedication for the advancement of the chiropractic profession along with her interest in quality education, she continues to lecture on various components of the chiropractic practice and writes articles for local, state and national publications.
