Dr. Anish Bajaj

Dr. Bajaj began his practice in Chiropractic in New York City in 2001 with a focus on wellness and integrative health care strategies. Following graduation from State University of New York at Geneseo, Dr. Bajaj pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia.  For 17 years he was the Director of Neuromusculoskeletal and Vascular Diagnostics at the world renowned brain anti-aging center, Path Medical, and he served as its Executive Health Program Director since 2006. Clinically, Dr. Bajaj specializes in the Sacro-Occipital-Technique, Soft Tissue Orthopedics, Extremity Adjusting, Electro-Therapeutics, Custom Orthotics and Cold Laser Applications. Dr. Brad Cole

Dr. Brad Cole is a graduate of Logan Chiropractic College, and while practicing chiropractic runs in his family, he was also intrigued by the opportunity to provide relief to people in pain as wells as success to this with difficult athletic problems.  Dr. Cole enjoys having the ability to work with patients from initial diagnosis to resolution and working with them to develop sustainable therapy goals. Dr. Don Cole

A native Memphian, Dr. Cole is a second-generation chiropractor. He often comments, “I did not choose health care. It chose me”.

Dr. Cole graduated in 1979 from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the premier college of the chiropractic profession. He holds both national and state board certifications. Dr. Cole is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Tennessee Chiropractic Association. Dr. Cole has served in virtually every elected position of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association, including president. He is the only chiropractor in Tennessee to be awarded Chiropractor of the Year twice. In 2004, Dr. Cole was awarded the highest accolade in the chiropractic profession, Fellow of the International College of Chiropractic (FICC).

Dr. Cole’s focus in on spinal orthopedics with additional interest in nutrition and exercise rehabilitation. He believes that recovery is a co-operative venture between doctor and patient. His patients refer to him as “Dr. Don”.

Brad Cost, CEO

Mr. Cost was born and raised in Altus, OK.  Growing up a small town boy, Brad was always involved in his town, church, and school activities.  Mr. Cost attended Oklahoma State University, where he earned a B.S. in Horticulture Landscape Architecture, pursued his post graduated in pre-med mechanical engineering, and served OSU as a Sr. Research Assistant.  After 18 years, Brad left OSU to advance his entrepreneurial spirit with his current business partners.

Mr. Cost’s primary focus is in the development of cutting edge electronic data technology as it relates to the statistical analysis of medical and health data.  He is on the Board of Governors at Oklahoma State University and the Board of Advisors for the College of Business in the Data Analytics Program.  Mr. Cost speaks across the nation on the topic of healthcare technology, has technological-relationships with many of the state chiropractic associations, and is the owner of different business ventures.

Dr. Cody Dimak

Dr. Cody Dimak is an associate professor at Parker University and is the lead faculty for the active rehabilitation course in the DC program. Prior to relocating to Dallas, he and his wife owned and operated an active-care focused cash practice in Orange County CA for 7 years.  Dr. Dimak has spent his professional career advocating for both his patients and the patients of the doctors he teaches to progress through rehabilitation and into a strength and conditioning environment.  When Dr. D isn’t giving external cues for the best motor skill learning, he can be found on the golf course or playing with his two daughters.

John Floyd, Jr., Esq.

John Floyd, Jr. graduated in 2013 from Sewanee:  The University of the South where he earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Classical Languages.  He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor in 2016 from the University of Memphis.  Mr. Floyd is a trial lawyer with jury trial experience, including first-chair experience, at the state and federal trial court levels. He is also well-versed in pre-trial practice and has successfully argued pre-trial motions ranging from summary judgment in healthcare liability cases to contempt petitions in divorce cases.

Dr. Brooke Gajeski

Dr. Brooke L. Gajeski, D.C., D.A.C.B.R. is a board-certified chiropractic radiologist and owner of Safeguard Radiology Interpretation Services, specializing in musculoskeletal radiology consultation. Dr. Gajeski is originally from Davenport, IA and received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa.  She is a 1999 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, the birthplace and fountainhead of the chiropractic profession.  During her studies at Palmer College, Dr. Gajeski developed her love for radiology and began pursuing her career in diagnostic imaging.

After graduating from Palmer College, Dr. Gajeski was accepted into and completed a full-time three-year residency in diagnostic imaging at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri.  During her time in residency, Dr. Gajeski was trained and became proficient in the interpretation of musculoskeletal radiographs, MRI, and CT.  She obtained board-certified status in 2003 as a Diplomate in the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (DACBR).

For nearly two decades, Dr. Gajeski has provided expert diagnostic imaging interpretation and consultation services at Safeguard Radiology in the Louisville, Kentucky region and beyond, serving chiropractors, patients, and local imaging centers with their diagnostic imaging consultation needs.  Dr. Gajeski has been a featured guest lecturer for the Kentucky Chiropractic Society, the Kentucky Chiropractic Association, and the Tennessee Chiropractic Association. She also gives post-graduate continuing education seminars for doctors of chiropractic and teaches course work in x-ray technology.

Dr. Lisa Goodman

Dr. Lisa Goodman is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and Certified Prenatal and Pediatric Chiropractor (CACCP). She is TPI golf-certified, as well as being an avid golfer. Dr. Goodman works as part of the performance team of the USGA. She is a CrossFit L1 and CrossFit Kids Certified Trainer.

Following graduation as Valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, Dr. Goodman founded the multidisciplinary clinic, Washington Park Chiropractic in 2006 in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Jay S. Greenstein is a Maryland native. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic and earned his post-graduate degree in Sports Chiropractic at Logan College of Chiropractic. In addition to maintaining his private practice as CEO of Kaizo Health and KaizoX, he is the founder and President of the Kaizo Clinical Research Institute. Dr. Greenstein is also the founder and CEO of Kaizenovate® Advisors, a leading-edge firm to help doctors and a wide variety of companies to improve their organizational performance. Dr. Michael Hall

Dr. Hall graduated with honors from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1990. Since graduating, he has been a very passionate and energetic practitioner who carries the same zeal into his lectures and presentations. After graduation he immediately began clinical practice while pursuing post-doctoral chiropractic studies in orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and whiplash traumatology. He received his diplomat status in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology in 1993 and later was awarded a Fellow by the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology. His teaching efforts at Parker University (formerly PCC) earned him full professorship in the Department of Clinical Sciences where he was awarded “faculty of the year” by his peers. In between clinical practice and teaching, Dr. Hall has published multiple scientific papers in the indexed literature on topics of Oximetry, Muscle Strength Testing, Frozen Shoulder, Concussion, and Lumbar Radiculopathy with Urinary Incontinence. He served as an expert panelist on chiropractic profession published guidelines for radiography as well as clinical management of acute and chronic pain. He currently is researching the effects of chiropractic adjustments on brain function, heart rate variability, and neck motor control. From 2014-2017, he held the position of Executive Director of the NeuroLife Institute at Life University where his team managed complex neurological cases, athletic concussions, movement disorders, PTSD, and many other disorders  with advanced applications of functional neurology and innovative neuroplastic rehabilitation strategies. He holds post-graduate continuing education faculty status with Texas Chiropractic College, Life University, Cleveland College of Chiropractic, and Barcelona College of Chiropractic. His renowned “Functional Neurology for Practicing Chiropractors” program has been presented in Europe, Canada, Australia, and throughout the US for over 20 years. He is an instructor in the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association’s diplomate program in Pediatrics where he teaches Developmental Neurobiology.

Dr. Jason Hulme

After graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2009, Dr. Hulme opened Active Spine and Joint Center in Hendersonville, TN.  He excels in working with athletes at all levels, and supports the running community by speaking at events and serving 3 years as the Hendersonville Half Marathon Medical Director.

A proponent of chiropractic research, education and mentoring, Dr. Hulme is constantly refining his systemic approach to patient care utilizing the latest evidence in movement and pain science. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® and holds a Diplomate in Medical Acupuncture, among his many certifications. He hosts both clinical internships as an extension faculty member of Logan University and Palmer College-West, and a weekly podcast with doctors of varied specialties on improving health and quality of life.

In 2017, Dr. Hulme was appointed by Gov. Haslam to the TN Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He now serves as Secretary. Dr. Michael Massey

Tiffany Stevens, ED, CTA, CXT

Tiffany Stevens has worked within the healthcare profession for over 25 years in a variety of capacities, including management, operations, membership, and marketing for both non-profit and for-profit organizations.  She brings to her presentations a wealth of clinical knowledge, having served and managed several highly successful multi-doctor practices.  She maintains her licenses as a Chiropractic X-ray Technician (CXT) and Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA), having played a major role in developing the current CTA certification and distance learning program.  In 2010, she co-authored the textbook Chiropractic Therapy Assistant – A Clinical Resource Guide which as a nationally-recognized resource for the chiropractic paraprofessional.

Ms. Stevens has extensive association management experience.  Early in her career, she co-founded the Chiropractic Assistants of Tennessee and served on its Board for a number of years, including the position of President.  She currently leads the TCA as Executive Director working with the Board of Directors to form goals and strategies shaping the future of chiropractic in Tennessee.  Ms. Stevens directs the government affairs activities of the TCA, including lobbying for the chiropractic profession in TN and our nation’s capital.  Prior to her current position, she served in the roles of Director of Member Services and Executive Vice President.  Combining her dedication for the advancement of the chiropractic profession along with her interest in quality education, she continues to lecture on various components of the chiropractic practice and writes articles for local, state and national publications.
