Some activities may be included with registration.  Details will be listed in the online registration process.

Is registration required for all sessions?

Yes, registration is required for every session so proper accommodations may be provided and education credit can be recorded.

What is the Tri-Star Track?

The Tri-Star Track — which is new in 2025 is designed to offer valuable training on a variety of frequently requested topics that is open ALL members of the team!

While this track is not for CE credit, why stop at only CE? A modern practice is a carefully coordinated ecosystem: initial contact sets the tone, clinical assistants reinforce care plans, and business-office professionals safeguard cash flow and compliance. When any link is under-trained or under-valued, growth stalls and patient trust erodes. Tri-Star Track was built to close those gaps, providing targeted development that turns capable teams into confident experts and isolated tasks into a seamless, patient-centric workflow system.

Why Continuous Team Development Matters:

  • Patient Loyalty Relies on Consistency — 78% of patients say staff interactions weigh as much as clinical outcomes when choosing a provider. *
  • Administrative Errors Are Expensive — Denied or delayed claims cost the average chiropractic office $31,000 a year.
  • Turnover Drains Momentum — Replacing a single front-desk professional can require up to 120 hours of onboarding and result in lost productivity.

Do I need a name badge at SCC?

A badge is required for all CE sessions, events and exhibits.  If you have lost or misplaced your badge, please go to the registration desk in the conference center for a replacement.  A driver’s license or picture ID is required to get a badge.  Lost or exchanged badges are subject to a $25 fee.

Will I receive session/event tickets?

Most SCC events are “ticketless”, we use event badge systems instead of issuing paper tickets for education sessions. Just present your badge for scanning at each session or SCC event.

However, tickets may be issued for some luncheons/social events.

How are CE credits calculated at the SCC?

Badges are scanned at various times throughout each day.  Continuing education credit is calculated based upon these scan times.

Only sessions denoted as CE sessions will be eligible for continuing education credits.  (See website for details.)  Please be sure to verify your state is listed on the approved CE list.

Will the CE credits earned at the SCC count towards my license renewal?

The Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA), sponsor of the SCC, is recognized by the PACE program of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards.  The current term of approval extends through December 2027.  Please reference the latest list of states that recognize PACE.

CE credit has been applied for in AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC and TX.  As approvals are received, that information will be posted here.

Approvals have been so far been received from:  AL, AR, GA, MS, NC and TX.

Please adhere to your state’s specific licensing requirements as some exclusions may apply.

How is my attendance verified for my CE certificate?

Your badge will be scanned at each session or event to capture date and time stamp information.  SCC CE information will be uploaded by the TCA to CE Broker for all Tennessee attendees.*  Only sessions approved for CE will be included on your CE certificate.  Individual continuing education certificates will not be available onsite, but will be available within 14 business days via your TCA account.

*Please allow at least 14 business days and then log-in to your CE Broker account to verify that your hours are reflected accurately.  If you should have a concern or question, please contact the TCA.

Will the SCC provide session handouts?

In a continued effort to minimize paper waste, links to access electronic notes will be emailed to pre-registrants, as permitted by each speaker, prior to the event.*  If no email is received by one week prior to SCC, please email our office at tca@tnchiro.comYou may wish to check your SPAM folder as sometimes the email will go there.  Electronic notes will remain available for download after SCC for a limited time.

*If you wish to have these materials to reference onsite during the sessions please be sure to download and/or print them in advance.
